Ballet Minimalist Cake
Our Minimalist Cakes are inspired by the popular Korean Minimalist Cakes. It consists of layers of our Signature sponge and silky buttercream. You can choose the sponge flavour and a filling. The colour can be customised - please select your cake and ribbon colour on the right. The cake shown is a 6-inch Classic.

Our "up to" serving sizes are based on finger-sized portions.

WORDING ON CAKE /BOARD
You can have a word/phrase or a short special message written on the cake/cake board - this will be in the same colour as the ribbon.
BRISTOL HOME DELIVERY
Our delivery times are between 12pm - 4pm. You can choose between 12pm - 2pm or 2pm - 4pm time slots for delivery at checkout. A delivery charge will be added when checking out - this is based on the distance from Bekari 16.17 HQ to the desired delivery address.
COLLECTION
Collect from 3 Redcatch Road, Bristol, BS4 2EP. The collection time is from 12pm - 4pm.
STORAGE
It is always best to store your Buttercream Cake in the fridge to keep it fresh for longer. You can enjoy it cold, or it is best served at room temperature so be sure to bring it out for a few hours before tucking in!
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you require your order to be cancelled the following apply:
- More than 2 days from delivery/collection date - Full cost will be refunded
- Less than 2 days from delivery/collection date - 50% of the total cost will be refunded
If you do need to cancel then you must give the notice by writing an email to hello@bekari1617.co.uk with "CANCEL Order No" in the subject.
