Placing an Order
Orders can be placed online on our website. Full payment is required at the point of ordering, payment can be made by debit/credit cards or through PayPal.
After you placed your order, please check your order carefully and let us know immediately if any items are incorrect. Contact us through our contact form from our website, or send us an email. It is especially important to check you have selected the correct date (and time, if applicable) for delivery.
Bekari 16.17 cannot accept responsibility for errors made during the ordering process by the customer.
Changes to Orders
Orders placed for next day delivery cannot be amended, altered or cancelled once placed.
When preordering for the following four weeks, you will not be able to change or alter your order after 24 hours. Please check our cancellation/refund policy for further information.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure a complete and correct delivery address is supplied. We ask for a phone number for contact in case of any issues with the order or delivery.
It is also the customer’s responsibility to make sure that there is someone to accept the delivery at the delivery address. Bekari 16.17 cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information, or because there is no-one to accept delivery.
Click and Collect
Collection is available from 10AM - 6PM. Collection address will be given to you at checkout.
If you are unable to collect on the day specified, please contact us immediately to organise other arrangements.
Once a cake has been accepted, it is the customer’s responsibility to safely transport to its destination.
Bekari 16.17 cakes are hand-made, using fresh whipped cream. Therefore, there may be slight natural variations in appearance. We reserve the right to replace unavailable components with those of equal or better quality.
At the time of delivery you will be asked to check the appearance of the cake. Please take the time to inspect the order, as Bekari 16.17 cannot take any responsibility for visible errors not identified and shown to staff after this point.
Once the cake is delivered, the cake is no longer Bekari 16.17’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any damages made after delivery, you are responsible for taking care of the cake. Please follow our instructions on the cake care card attached to the cake box.
Bekari 16.17 will make every effort to create the cake you want and deliver it in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that this does not occur, Bekari 16.17 will take reasonable steps to rectify the situation and ensure you have a cake you are happy with.
However, we do not accept any responsibility for consequential costs or emotional distress due to errors with products or delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Order Cutoff Times
The earliest date available for delivery or collection is on the product page.
The order cutoff time for next day orders are at 10pm. This cutoff time applies to both delivery and collection orders.
Bekari 16.17 reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice, but guarantee that no price increase will apply to any confirmed paid orders made by a customer for delivery on a date after which a price increase has been made.
We work hard at Bekari 16.17 to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products.

Cancellations & Refunds
Please note that if you cancel between 7 days to 48 hours prior to delivery date you will receive a maximum of 50% of the order total.
In the event of cancellations within 48 hours of delivery, Bekari 16.17 reserves the right to retain the total value of the order to cover costs.
Please note if you place an order for delivery within 48 hours you are ordering it in a non-cancellation period. Therefore, Bekari 16.17 reserves the right to retain the total value of the order to cover costs.
Orders placed for same day or next day delivery cannot be amended, altered or cancelled once placed.
Perishable goods such as food and gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned.
If you aren't satisfied with the condition of your cake that you receive from us following an online purchase please contact us immediately by giving us a message, either to the number on the business card or through our contact form. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
